We provide support for customers both on site and remotely.  Our performance monitoring for   workstations/servers and computer networks allows us to respond immediately, often before the end user notices a problem.  Experience has shown that by monitoring the incredible system logging capabilites of the modern windows workstation or server, we can catch the glitch before it snowballs into a problem, especially with hard disk errors.
